Adding Removing columns / attributes
Each column in a report grid corresponds to an Active Directory LDAP attribute of the loaded object. If you want to load more attributes you can select more columns to display. You can do this by selecting Tool' -> Show / Hide Columns -> <report type>, or just right click on a grid a select Show / Hide Columns menu item. In Show / Hide <report type> Columns window you can add columns to display, remove columns from displaying and reorder them.
To select columns to display, just select them from the left pane, click Add Selected button to move them to the right pane, or click Add All to move all of them at once. For removing columns from displaying you can use Remove Selected or Remove All buttons. You can specify your own column order in the grid by using Up and Down buttons on the right panel. Each report grid has its' own columns and column order. If you selected columns and specified a column order for Users, it is saved and used only for Users grid. For Groups, Organizational Units and Computers you have to specify columns and column order separately, since these objects have their own columns / attributes.
Note: For Users and Computers (from 2.2.1.1 version) reports, the actual selected columns / attributes will be loaded from Active Directory. This is done to improve loading performance. If you need to load just some attributes, you can select just those you need to speed up the loading process. After selecting the required columns and clicking OK button, your Users report will be refreshed to reflect the latest column changes. If you didn't change anything, the report will not be refreshed.
For Groups and Organizational Units all the properties will be loaded regardless of the selection, but only selected will be displayed in the grid and it is not required to refresh the data after changing columns for these report types.
Last Logon: If you selected Last Logon column to display, every domain controller in a selected domain will be scanned to provide accurate Last Logon results and the status screen will display corresponding message along with every scanned domain controller name. If, for some reason, some domain controllers cannot be accessed, the status message Domain Controller <name> is not accessible will be displayed. If you run the Users report with Last Logon a second time, AD Reports will skip querying the 'bad' or unresponsive domain controllers to improve loading performance. After restarting the application or changing domain, it will try to access those domain controllers again if you selected Last Logon column / property to display.
